Distinguished Lifetime Achievement Award
In recognition for a lifetime of outstanding service as both citizen and as Civitan, North Carolina District East has chosen to honor a select number of Civitans by awarding them the Distinguished Lifetime Achievement A ward. Requirements to receive this prestigious award are the highest of all the individual awards. Therefore, the award should not be considered an annual event. It should be bestowed only when a Civitan’s contributions over the past twenty or more years to North Carolina District East, to Civitan’ s growth and wellbeing at the club, District and/or International levels, and to his/her community have truly been outstanding and extraordinary.
